Reita was fuming when he'd walked off, but the any annoyance quickly disappeared, catching him rather curious as to why he'd gotten so irate in the first place. Maybe it was because the tone reminded him of how his parents shouted at each other and were constantly in competition with the other.

He didn't have too much time to think though, because then he tripped on his feet or something. Smooth moves, there Reita. Hell the fuck ye--...

Or maybe Kai had come at him. Maybe he was too caught up in those other thoughts to hear anything beforehand either, but now he was, quite definitely, listening. And, just the same, Kai was shouting. And he was only shouting... straight down at him.

As if he were the main cause of his problems! Reita held back a smile and a laugh, because it may have been a beggar's move to get physically harmed, and let the brunette finish his ramble. The laugh would have been at that little dramatic outburst at the end, anyways. Even though Reita could see the lonliness in those angry eyes and even though Reita saw the same thing when he looked into a mirror, he couldn't say that he felt terrible about pushing the other so far. Maybe that was just what he needed.

He got up and dusted himself off slowly, starting at light jog towards the brunette, slowing just enough to keep up with the quick, angry pace. He slowed to a walk and frowned slightly, mildly guilty, but not enough for him to kill himself over it. Crossing his arms over his chest, he let out a small sigh and nudged shoulders with the shorter, just enough to get his attention but hopefully not so much so that he'd "trip" again.

"How is it...?" he asked softly, "Does it hurt?" he was referring to that little bite that he'd put on for no real reason. He leaned forward to ask another question, but he couldn't see past the hair.

Hoo~ Okay. Now he was feeling a little bad. Straightening his back, he looked to the ceiling, hoping that being this close was pushing any buttons. He'd do what he could to mend it now, but if Kai didn't want to forgive him, then so be it. Reita was just trying to give his concern for someone who had brightened up his day.

Just how fucking long was their school corridor anyways?! Where was the exit?! Why couldn't he get himself to run out?! Was he that angry?

Yes he was, but it didn't make sense. Usually after having let out so much shit like he just did, any normal person ought to have felt much much better. So either he wasn't a normal person, which he was beginning to seriously consider, or there was something else currently bothering him, and he surely had a vague idea of what that something could have been.

Though he knew he couldn't be friends with the world, and that there were people bond to not like him, having both scenarios in real life he didn't quite fancied. Online, if you didn't like someone, just ignoring was sufficient, you didn't see each other anyways so who cared. But real life was different.

The way eyes perceived things, was rather critical.

It sounded perhaps very superficial but it was the truth. If you were invited to a dinner and were given sausages that looked like feces, you would be inclined not to eat them, not knowing that in fact those were the most deliciously tasting sausages in the world.

The same went with his surroundings. Even though he wasn't close friends with everyone, when he got in class or wherever he walked he had beef with nobody so his everyday was calm and pleasing.

Yet now the sight of blond irked him. But did it really? And was it the sight of him? or their present state of affairs?

"It will be fine ..." harshly replied the brunette "... it is not like I you are a vampire, so I'll still be fine tomorrow ..." he stated as he kept stomping. Great ... what was this guilty feeling. Wasn't he supposed to have the right to be angry at him? BE ANGRY AT HIM KAI!! don't stop now, and turn around, and start apologizing!!

"Sorry ..." regrettably spoke the brunette, whom was now some steps away and glimpsing in all directions but in front of himself, where the blond was apparently standing and staring at the ceiling "... that wasn't meant to come out as it did ... I am fine" he then replied, in a better tone.

Reita shoved his hands in his pockets and hunched his shoulders, hopping the bag on his back up, light as it was. He was ready to leave at the brunette's first words, letting his shoulders slump just a bit and getting ready to say his last words before going his own way.

He stopped when he heard a low apology to his side; what a little bundle of surprises this brunette was. He huffed an acute laugh, shaking his head to deny the apology.

"You sure it doesn't hurt at all?" he asked, a hand tentatively coming up to rub his neck. Was this becoming awkward...? No way, right?

"I pushed a little far, huh?" he took a step toward the brunette and rested an elbow on the other's shoulder. Considering that he'd been the one to get the two of them into this little situation, he figured that it wouldn't be out of place to offer something in compensation.

"Anything I can do to make up for it?" Not that he was still wondering if Kai wanted that kiss or not.

Quickly glimpsing at the blond a couple of times, in a rather uncharacteristically shy way, the brunette slightly shrugged. If it were a movie or a video-game he'd know exactly what to ask, he'd know what to say, but this in real life, was a question that never had a grand reply, or following.

For one, he didn't feel like the other needed to do anything, and he couldn't think of anything he could have him do. Plus, they were both at fault, though perhaps, the fault was majorly on the brunette's side. At last, blond was beginning to not look so bad anymore.

And, now they were in the middle of an awkward situation. A situation in which, the most logical thing to have done would have probably been to just move on each other's way, yet Kai did feel like he wanted to keep in touch with the blond, but ... just how awkward would have that been, after all the shit he had said?

He had no good reason he could bring up to make it so that the two of them kept having some sort of correspondence, but the worse part was that monster-Kai, so he would call this side of him he had no idea existed until today, seemed to just not want any normal correspondence. To br as clear and honest as this situation needed to be, it appeared like he for some fucking reason, he wanted a physical relationship with the other.

Now how awkward and perverted was that? To want to intimate with a stranger, why for what reason? was he looking for that type of excitement? A sex friend? And if he were to suddenly be hit on the head by something very heavy and actually ask the blond to become his sex friend, which was absolutely not going to happen, what reason would he give? He didn't even know that much! He didn't know if his hormones as suddenly gone mad, or if it was just mr. Akira Suzuki itself.

Shit. He couldn't even look at him anymore, because it felt like his thoughts were displayed on his face. He didn't know what to do. One thing was sure though, if he were to leave just like that, he knew he was going to be mortified about it alter on. Something had to be done, but what?

If only they had began on a better terms, they could have attempted to become friends, and then he could made it so that the other could warm up to him, and then it might have been easier to get to that level of intimacy. Right now, he was being touched a lot, that was true, but he figured that that was just the way that the blond acted. And god ... hadn't he almost given him a hickey not to long ago, what the fuck had that been about?!. Now his face was doubtlessly red.

Sighing and massaging his forehead, he newly glimpsed at the blond, just to check and see whether the other had an expression that wondered what the hell is this boy thinking about?"I am fine ..." he then spoke up. There you go! You ended it! Good job smart ass! What the fuck else was he supposed to say, really though?!

"Are you okay?" oh! ... look at that, get it Kai! "I am still surprised I succeeded in tackling you, but are you hurt? ..." he then asked. Wasn't anything on which anyone could construct a conversation, but at least it gave him three second more to think about something else to say.

Now, there hadn't been too much in the blonde's mind aside from a small dab of guilt and a little wondering what Kai's answer would be up until the silence between them settled. He was refraining to look over at the brunette too much up until now, trying not to make it seem like he was too interested or caring, but with a silence like this, he couldn't help but glance over.

Only to see that Kai was red as a goddamn lobster getting burnt in the sun.

When had he missed this? Now it was really tough not to stare... He pressed his lips together tightly when the brunette started asking him questions, averting his eyes to the end of the hall and trying not to snicker at the blushing as well as keeping his composure looking as sane as possible.

He put all the pent up "let's laugh at the kid's embarrassment" into a small breath of a laugh, "A few broken bones never hurt anyone."

He figured that buffing Kai up was a better idea than truthfully telling him that the blonde had thought of it only as a trip of his own two feet. It was the most ethical way to go for the both of them: Kai wouldn't be upset and Reita would still have his company.

He hummed lightly and stretched his neck, tossing the idea that his question had been dodged rather quickly and didn't think too much more of it-- if Kai wanted something from him, he'd have said it then or he would bring it up later.

Later as in... They would talk again? Most likely, right? Well, it was a maybe. With the way things were going now, it didn't look too hopeful of an idea. Oh well, what could he do?

"But for all the pain and troubles you've caused, you know that you at least owe me something, don't you? If you won't suggest anything, I can show you a fun time on my own turf." he suggested casually, fully expecting the rejection, but it never hurt to at least try, right? The amount of hallway they had left was slowly running out anyways...

Pft ... telling him he caused trouble and he should do something to amend, but then ... offering to do something; wasn't that a contradiction? It was that, or the way the brunette preferred to see it, it might have been a sign that mr. Suzuki isn't as oblivious to you as you think. So perhaps, on this hand of the game, he would have been able to get it back on his side, by simply risking it and associating the blond's behavior to some of the RP descriptions he had been dealing with in his RP career.

Now, he couldn't have been to sure about things, given as how human beings couldn't exactly been classified to perfection, but if he weren't too wrong, he needed to not act to smug about things, and almost beg for it, in a cute way to keep him interested, or at least willing to keep hanging with him for a while. That however, was easy to type up on a computer, how was he to pull off something like that? Because, once again, he wasn't exactly a girl, was he?

"I don't know about ... going to your turf ..." that didn't come out exactly cute now Kai, try again "...in the sense that I am not exactly good with, big crowds ... maybe ... we could ... stop at an arcade?" not everyone is a freaking computer nerd geek Kai!! "... a cafe?" he then quickly added.

Damn ... real life was tough. Tough.

Hum, Kai seemed to know what he used most of his free time for. It would have been a big crowd indeed. Who would have thought. ... Wait, did everyone know about this? Was this common knowledge...?

... Woah woah woah, wait wait wait...! An arcade...?

Like a real arcade? Akira thought about it and he'd probably never been to one for what they were intended for-- only using the building as a shield to prying eyes to activities that weren't so legal. What did people do at an arcade aside from being annoyed to a different planet by all the noise? Were video games that fun?

And the lights... Don't get Akira started on all those goddamn, hellishly painful lights. His eyes were just a tad too sensitive to them and it really just wore him down being around things with bright, flashing lights. Raves were alright when the time called for them-- the blacklight always saved him, but he'd rather kill himself than go to one every night.

And a cafe!? Shit... A cafe... Just a coffee place, right? What would they do there? Reita adored coffee as much as the next person, but...

The mere thought of the weight of awkward sitting next to them at any cafe made the blonde shudder. It would be too much, wouldn't it? They would sit down with their drinks and... they would sit there. That was boring, wasn't it?

...The hell did this kid do for fun? This couldn't have been all that him and his friends did when they hung out, right? Normal people had better things to do than to waste their time sitting down with coffees, right? ... Right?!

Why did he suddenly feel so... damn screwed...? This was awful.

"Whatever you want, princess. Which first?" he smirked to himself and folded his hands behind the back of his head, lacing his fingers together.

But on the inside, he was panicking. What the hell was that, Mister Suzuki?!

SMOOTH. REAL FUCKIN' SMOOTH. YEAH, BOY. DIG THAT HOLE. ...You must be an idiot of some sort, for sure.

... It was times like this where Reita really wondered whether he just disliked himself that much or if he was being sarcastic.

    Sarcastic with himself? Whatever.

Akira had replied "... which first?" so that meant that he didn't mind both right? Because he actually really felt like going to an arcade, and even though he didn't want to admit it out loud, he knew that those places where 10,000 times more fun when with someone else. They might even have so much fun, to the point that there would be no time to even go to a cafe later ... Woo woo hold your horses cowboy! There really wasn't an assurance that they were even going to have fun. Yet he hoped they did.

And ...as for the princess naming ... he supposed it was stuck with him now, and whatever he didn't mind. Sometimes, after a while that you kept saying something over and over again, the brain would then begin to think of it as such. So if after a while, by accident they got themselves in a NC-17 type of situation, and his brain reflexes would see him as a girl; much the better.

"Okay then arcade it is!" he stated in slight excitement.

    _________________________________________________________________

He had chosen the best arcade that their town was known to have, mostly because there were amazing games, all up-to-date and so many. Second, so many people went to this one, that they could easy get lost in the crowd, and not be noticed.

"Okay then lets start with something easy? ..." he proposed, trying to act as calm and resolved as he had agreed to with his brain, but arcades just really got the best of him and he wasn't sure how much he was going to keep the cool act up "this one ... it is a two passenger motorbike" he began to explain, only then noticing that they would be practically on each other, which he hadn't purposely intended, just this was really the easiest game they had around. "one drives, and the one that sits back shoots the approaching enemies" he summarized "... which do you want to do?"
he then inquired "... well first ... is this okay?"

WHY WERE THEY HERE. How the hell had Reita managed to follow Kai all the way down here and still not have turned back or smoked once? What in his right mind made this okay?

"S-sure," he offered, more curious than hesitant and still looking around. The lights hadn't quite turned on yet near the outside of the large garage-like place, but he still couldn't figure out why he would ever come here.

HOLY SHIT WHY WAS HE HERE. WHY WAS KAI SO DAMN EXCITED TO BE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS.

He was probably a little upset. Not to the point where he would let it show, but still. This was just cruel! ... And the blonde was being a big baby about it. Sue him.

Wait. What had he just agreed to... This wasn't funny. He was staring at the game as if it would be the one to cut him any slack. It was a tilting bike game...? This sounded like a bad idea overall, but he didn't want it to seem that way.

OF COURSE KAI WOULD PICK A SHOOTING ONE WITH BLARING LIGHTS FIRST. Brokenhearted, for sure.

At least Kai seemed to be a little bit more excited than he was... It was a pleasant change over the shy, timid, nervousness that he'd seen earlier. Slightly better than the anger too. He'd felt bad about that, but was revenge in this form really necessary?

He would take the easier way out, at least.

"I'll take the bike," it was a soft mumble, but he really didn't want to be so active in taking the gun and causing pain to his retinas anyways. He'd been thinking of getting his motorcycle license sometime soon, so-- Oh wait, maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

Revenge was his. He would rock Kai's world.

"Ready?" he asked, taking his seat and crossing his arms over his chest as if he'd beat the brunette in a co-op game.

Was it himself, or did Akira seem like he didn't really fancy being there? Well, if he didn't he never would have agreed to come along, right? He wasn't that type of person, the blond did what he did, because he wanted and never tried to please others right? Yet, he couldn't help but feel like the other was acting a bit weird, Maybe it was his imagination ...

"Okay ..." he serenely replied, as he grabbed the gun from the arcade box, and went to seat behind the blond. He had expected the blond to have wanted to shoot, wasn't driving going to be boring? "... are you sure you don't want to shoot instead?" he then inquired, while mentally trying to figure out how to lean over him, and not touch him, which; was impossible.

The bike would have soon started moving in all direction, and with the fact that he had to hold a gun, the way he held on to his partner was the whole point of the game. this was perhaps a couples game. Way to go Kai ... sigh ... he couldn't go back now though.

"I am just fine right here," Reita replied with a knowing smirk, "You would probably freak out no matter how I straddled you anyways..." he mumbled, mostly to himself. Hopefully it was just loud enough for the brunette to hear.

"Hit me with that gun and I might just kill you," he commented, stretching his arms.

"Ready?" he didn't even wait for the brunette to settle himself before he started to select courses. This was going to be a terrible time, he was sure of that, but he couldn't say that he wasn't just a little curious. Not only of how Kai would react like being tossed around like a doll, but also how much fun video games were...

Sure, they were entertaining, but to go out of one's way and to play them in a place like this? These people had to be delirious.

The game started without a hitch and the blonde found himself having a bit of fun, as much as all the flashing and popping effects allowed him to without crippling himself permanently. But the fun wasn't from the playing-- goodness no. It was from shooting the bike through awkward turns and moving so quickly from one side to another. He picked the curviest one on purpose, you know.

His mouth had barely open to try and suggest the course, or more like advise not to choose the one he just had, which happened to be the one with more curves. Great. If he actually happened to hit him with the gun, he would have asked for it.

"I'll have to hold on to you, you know ... to avoid falling ..." though he doubted the other was going to be crazy with it, he warned the other just for the sake of it. Was he wrong.

The boy drove like a professional motocross driver and for the first minute all that Kai could do was cling to the frame in front of himself hoping to not be dashed off the bike. Yet, the game was still going and he hadn't even been able to look at the screen, so he had to find a way.

"Sorry ..." he then spoke "... but I don't like losing so just bear with me ne?" he stated, and as he skilfully moved his arm over his shoulder, on a piece straight path, he latched his left leg around the blond's waist, which had him raised a bit. With his arm secure over his chest, and the leg over the waist, he then looked at the screen, and began his shooting.

He hadn't spent most of his life playing video-games for noting, and ... he really liked what he felt above that shirt ... but yeah, monster killing! Bang-bang!

That... Wasn't what he was expecting.

"Hoi! Get your ass off of me." he nearly shouted. It sounded a bit more vicious than he's wanted, but the game was loud and it was hard to drive. Not like Reita was doing well at all.

But that didn't matter; what was really on his mind was how Kai just wouldn't come unstuck to his back no matter how harsh or abruptly he turned. It was probably getting dangerous to try and whip him off the bike like that, but the closeness and awkwardness of the position had gotten to him instantly.

He'd come for the kid to stop bring so angry, but to be borderline-hugged?! He stood just slightly on the bike to see if the sudden height would get Kai to sit back where he was supposed to. On a gamelike this he'd thought Kai would be a little more reserved on it... He guessed not.

... Regardless, he was still pretty much being humped from the side when he turned. That was probably what sent him over the edge. "Uke you faggot! Get your dick off my damn back!" it was bearly bellowed, but the place was so damn loud that Reita could hardly hear even himself.

... Had he really meant to say that...? Oops.

Had he just heard what he thought he had? Yeah, the noise, the lights, the everything int the place was loud enough, but he just couldn't have imagined that. No way. He couldn't even repeat the words he had been thrown they hurt as much. Before today he'd never even gave his sexual orientation a thought, as default being a boy, he would have normally gone out looking for girls.

Yet now that it was subconsciously, and not, getting obvious that he might have a good preference for boys, those words really hurt. They did. Aside from them being rude, and inconsiderate, and down right judgmental! There were ways and way he could have said something like that. Though yes he had latched himself in a rather promiscuous way, but he didn't want to lose, not to talk about fall.

"Stop ..." he then firmly requested "Stop!" he quickly almost yelled again, and this time, he probably might have caught some of the attention around himself. This, this whatever the two of them were trying to do, was just not gonna work.

You didn't have to tell Reita twice. He stopped his hauling almost immediately and physically removed the leg from his torso and untangled himself frkm the brunette's arm. It probably would have been more effective to do that in the first place, seeing as he probably just managed to piss Kai off again just now.

But he still didn't know where or when that would ever be okay between two people who didn't even know each other. He had yet to feel remorse as he turned around on the bike, not sure nor really caring if anyone saw them.

"The hell was that?!" he asked, exasperated. He didn't want to hear any excuses of it being too hard to stay on either. He could care less whether Kai touched himself at night thinking about him or not-- this was reality and personal space or bubble, Reita's was all kinds of popped, torn, and shattered.

"What could have possibly made you think that I'd fly with that?" demanding, almost.

What was worse was that he wasn't even that mad-- it had really just freaked him out and he didn't know how to respond to it. Clearly he didn't know how to respond to it. But it didn't change the fact thatvwas uncomfortable and unnerved.

"Nothing" very easily stated the brunette. It really was nothing in the end wasn't it? He tried something, it obviously backfired, what else was there to it. And now the whole mood was ruined, and all he wanted to do was go home.

Getting off the bike, he placed the gun into its apposite space in the arcade box, and grabbed his bag "... you are right, it was totally stupid" he then added shrugging at the blond "... sorry for having taken up so much of your time" he then added "I'm sure you can find your way home form here" he then concluded, walking off.

Awesome way to end an already awful day, yet it was just almost to 6 o'clock it was still salvageable. He could rush home, get on his PC rant about the whole stupid day and move one with his life. Forget about the boy, forget about cocaine too, shit! Hell no, he wasn't going to go through so much drama for NOT having taking a drug ever again.

There really was just absolutely no way they could even become friends, not to talk about whatever else he had so stupidly thought.

Reita's brows furrowed when the brunette seemed ticked enough to hop his ass off the ride and grab his things. He huffed to himself, standing up as well.

"Whatever," he grunted as the shorter bounced off with an air that the blonde would have considered "don't mess with me" if he hadn't already known him. Not like he would have anyways. Not like he would now.

Whatever, it was his own damn fault. Was it so strange for the blonde to have raised his voice like that? Maybe the words were a little out of line, but hell...

Kai didn't have to take offense to the accusation, right...? It wasn't like he really was-- Reita suddenly remembered about Kai's demand for a kiss not too many hours earlier.

Well... That changed things. He'd honestly thought that the brunette was just doing that to spite him and stop him from prying. After this, maybe his accusation wasn't so far off fromthe truth. It did explain what the brunette so easily eased up to him after their tussle before as well. Again, Reita had just thought that Kai wanted someone to be friends with and Reita needed somehing to do for the rest of the day...

Thoughts like these and others not too different plagued his mind, swirling relentlessly in his head until he laid his hea down on his pillow that night.

The next morning was a rainy one and, as the idiot he was, Reita used the spare time before class to walk just off of campus to catch a free joint from his friend. The pair pulled a chimney under a tree just before school grounds before heading back inside the building. Needless to say, he was just a tad more than drenched by the time he got inside.

Damn bus... If he had gotten here later, his friend wouldn't have told him to go and smoke and the blonde would be dry and not so damn sleepy.

He stretched as he stood leaning against a wall near his friends. He didn't know why all the others sat on the floor in the mornings-- did thy know that iy made them look like trash? Maybe they were proud to be so. Whatever.

His mind flitted to the almost-fun time that he just about had yesterday and he scanned the crowd, taking a deep breath as he let the high sink into his mind and the chill seep to his bones.

He'd had such a great time the previous evening as he got home. RPed quite a lot, ranted, watched stupid videos, and also had a half-idea of starting his own vlog blogging about an idiot. But he hadn't.

Instead, after all the fun, he laid on his bed, and staring at his window he began to seriously consider the fact that he might have been gay. Sure, this might have been what had been bugging him all along, which seeped out into him wanting to try drugs. It was a weird way to subconsciously react to such a discovery, yet, it sort of made sense.

What to do? Well, there were a few things he could do. For starters he would raid the internet about homosexuality and related facts, then he'd go and stop by their school's LGBT club named P.R.I.D.E..

So he had thought, and so he did. Under such a rainy day he found himself staring at the organization's door, and infinitely sighing. much better than siting down like a high pile of trash, amongst trash, as he had obviously noticed a certain brunette do, not a couple of doors a way from this one. But he wouldn't acknowledge him. Hell to the fuck no he would.

The mere thought had been enough to irritate him to the point in which, he suddenly grabbed the handle, and a second later he had disappeared behind its door.

The blonde caught the brunette under his gaze and snorted through his nostrils, watching as an unimpressed brunette strolled right past his group as any other high school student would. No one wanted to be affiliated with them. Right. Whatever.

Or not. Reita pushed off of the foot against the wall and nodded off to one of his friends. There was still time before class. It wouldn't look too weird if he hopped to the "bathroom" for a bit, right?

Alright, so he was following Kai... Big deal. He shoved his hands in his pockets and sighed-- at least the bathroom was this way too.

Turning the corner, he stopped when he saw his classmate stop in front the LGBT club door, effectively staring when he slipped by it.

    Huh. Shit. He knew it.

Wait, no he didn't. He damn well should have known though. This was messed up. Well, those answered his questions. It made sense then, right?

They always say that you always feel like better friends with people away from your clique, so the blonde had given it a chance. He just wished he'd known that beforehand. 'Learned a new thing every day, huh? That was one way of putting it.

He did end up going to the bathroom, running into a girl from their little circle on the way back, casually chatting about the party that Friday at some college student's apartment some minutes away from the high school. Friday was, what, two days from now?

Something like that. Reita never knew the day unless it was Monday or Saturday. The only way they were different was that he went to school and sleep instead of staying at home to do so.

He rubbed at his face before they passed the organization's door again, forcing himself not to look inside. He felt as though, after the excitement from yesterday, there wouldn't be much until this party at the very least that he would be looking forward to.

Even though things ended on a bad note, he didn't regret them. They were fun up until Reita opened his big mouth.

Kai had rushed into the room so quickly, that he must have seemed like a fugitive looking for shelter when he got into the room; at least that was what written all over the students faces looking at him. Great. Was there a place, or someone he could look less like a crazy person with?! On impulse, and embarrassment, the brunette was about to dash out of the room, when the voice of one of them reached him.

"Hey hey hey ..." stopped him a blond, whom dashed right to his side, and gently grabbed his arm "... unless you actually mistook room, which I doubt ... few mistakenly come in here" he kindly smiled "... it seems like it took you quite an effort to get in here, so it would be an even greater waste for you to just dash out ... without perhaps having even tried to search what you might have been looking for" expressed the bleach blond, leaving Kai rather speechless, and; impressed.

Shyly looking around the room, he saw the other three people in it serenely either wave at him or simply smile, as he manged a silently and awkward wave "I'm not quite sure if I am gay or not, so I ..." he began, as the other endearingly smirked at him.

"How about we start with your name? ..." he suggested "... my name is Shera, and I am the president of PRIDE" he introduced himself "... right now this was supposed to be a sudden staff meeting, but don't worry, we were done anyways ..." he reassured "... the red-haid sitting over there is our vice-president Kazuki ..."

"'ssup?! Hope you actually did find what you are looking for, cause you are kinda cute ..." he smoothly observed, gaining a roll of eyes from a brunette sitting in front of him.

"Please don't mind him ..." sighed the brunette, smiling at Kai "... I am the secretary and my name is Tomo, whereas the grumpy looking one over there is our still-in-false-denial treasurer-san Ruka ..." he explained pointing at a tall brunette leaning on the wall in a corner of the room "... he says he still isn't sure whether he is gay or not, yet he has dated more guys that I would ever even dream of placing my eyes on" he explained, shaking his head "... anyways welcome"

"Thanks ..." gladly smiled Kai, somewhat happy that they all, except from the Ruka guy, seemed to be quite the friendly bunch "... my name is Kai" he then introduces himself.

"Good, nice to meet you Kai, and look we all have class in few, BUT if you still are interested, here is a schedule about this year's activities plus ..." informed Shera, handing him a pink flyer "... there is a party this Friday, it is at a friend's of mine's, he is a college student, but he said I could bring a few friends, and since you are here, it could be a good chance to get to know the board better, so if you want to come, just text me, my number, and all of ours ar eon the flyer" he concluded.

"Hai!" eagerly expressed Kai, after which he politely bowed at everyone, and calmly got out of the room. It had gone way better than he had thought. Way better. As he walked down the corridor and towards the staircase, he was sure he looked like a stupid high school girl, smiling while thinking of his encounters. The president, Shera, looked particularly hot, and it was kind of reassuring to know that if he perhaps made a move on him, he wouldn't be pushed away.

As he kept with all his jolly thoughts, he had newly walked passed Akira, and his bunch, but this time he didn't even notice them. Nor did his mind reminded him to check for the blond at all. So off he went, to the one class they had in common, but he doubted he'd have time to think about either math or his yesterday blond.

Lunch again. Reita sighed and chewed on the plastic fork, wanting to pout but restraining himself; it only caused him to grind his teeth on the plastic that much more.

Kai had easily ignored him this morning, and as much as he'd tried to convince himself to just forget it all, he really had been so close to hanging out with someone that didn't involve doing drugs or owing one another favors. He propped his arm up on his elbow and cradled his chin momentarily.

"Cat got your tongue, blondie? What's going on? Na, Mally, he was like this yesterday too, wasn't he?" Sakito nudged his sister with a look that matched a cat's before it was killed for being too curious. The girl looked up from her studies and batted long lashes at the blonde before shrugging.

"Leave him. He has his moments." she never spoke much, but people listened to her when she did; the blonde respected her for that. She gave him a knowing tick of her head and fell back into her books and papers.

The brother hummed and hunched his shoukders, going back to staring at the blonde as if Reita would tell him something if he bore holes into the other's head from staring. The blonde frowned deeply.

If Reita was to say anything at all about this school, he would probably tell people that he only considered a handful "in his circle", a few trustworthy, and one person a friend. Sakito, sadly, was that person. That wasn't to say that Sakito was a bad person by any means; he was just unreliable in a pinch. They had been close since freshman year or so, but the blonde always kept his distance, no matter how cheap they could sell each other goods or how often they smoked together. What he liked about the kid in particular though, was that he fooled everyone. Everyone but his sister and the blonde. His voice was distant, faint, and curious to a point where most just considered him an air-headed, permiscuous idiot and never took him too seriously. Most just put up with him because he had a good heart, but Reita knew just after they met that Sakito wasn't your run-of-the-mill, shot-up teen. But that was a story for a different time. For now, Reita was still frowning.

"Anything I can help you with?"

"You won't tell me, huh?" it was a statement more than a question. With another sigh, Reita shook his head negative.

"It's nothing." he hummed, eyes averting and flicking the abused piece of plastic from his mouth to someone else's tray that was already stacked high with garbage. His eyes flicked up to meet Sakito's again-- he almost attempted to stare back.

    Almost.

"Ai-yoo, it really isn't anything important, alright?" he shook his head, "Just forget about it."

The brunette crossed his arms and gave him a look that wasn't convinced, realization flitting across dark orbs for a fleeting moment, "You're still coming on Friday though, right?"

The blonde hummed affirmative and rubbed at his eyes. Why was he so tired lately?

Sakito folded his arms on the table, pretending to stretch his back, "Good. We can't trust you staying at home for too long anyways. Lonely starts leave lonely ends."

Reita waved the saying off and scrunched his nose, still wanting to chew and gnaw on something. Kai, Kai, Kai, what was he going to do?

    What could he do?

Kai has spent the past two days hanging with the PRIDE people and even though he still wasn't too certain of his own sexuality he had to admit that they were a bunch of cool kids. He had got the chance to go to his first meeting yesterday afternoon and though were a couple he really wouldn't associate with, most were the kind of peeps he would love to be around, and he doubted it was because of their sexual orientation; they were just cool like that.

And today was the day of he party. He had told Shera that he wasn't too good with mass of people and the blond had reassured him that if it really got too uncomfortable then he'd take him home. Such a nice guy he was. As he thought about it he probably was going to go just to spend more time with him. Again that stupid smile.

Walking down the corridor, he happened to pass by he bathroom where all his drama had began. Unexpectedly his heart did this funny beating number, when he quickly thought that perhaps Reita was there at his very moment. Not like he should care right?

Yet, for some reason; he did.

He didn't quite understand this sort of feeling and he quite honestly didn't want to deal with it at the moment. Thus, looking away he walked on.

It had been far too long of a week. Maybe it was just a few days. Regardless, Reita was tiring of it all. He didn't really want to go to this party, did he?

Maybe--this was supposed to be a big one, rumored to have the upstairs open as well as the basement. There would probably be a number of people there, but it wasn't like it would be any different anyways, would it?

He would go and drink until his face collapsed and stumble into Sakito somewhere along the way and the taller would drive them to Reita's house so that the blonde could crash on the floor of the living room, leaving Sakito to raid the fridge before following suit. Same stories, same people, just different weather.

He'd come to this bathroom to chain up a cigarette he'd put out earlier, what was he doing staring out this damn window again? Thoughts of the outside world correlated to that damn arcade machine... Reita should have turned the offer down anyways so they could play something else. Then, maybe, Kai wouldn't be avoiding him.

The minute bell rang, warning kids to get to class quickly, the shrill sound bouncing endlessly off of the porcelain walls. They made his head hurt. Thinking made his head hurt. Whatever. Screw the cigarette too.

He slipped out of the bathroom and mechanically made his way to class, strides a little more languid than they probably should have. They slowed when he saw a shock of brown hair strolling on its merry way.

    Hum. What luck.

The blonde started walking as if he really was going to be late, nudging into Kai's shoulder as he did so and slowing to match the other's pace but not looking at him.

"So, how are you? How's ignoring me like?" he asked casually, maybe too much so. As much as he wouldn't admit it-- he really was curious to see what the brunette did in his day and if he had really messed up or not a few days prior.

"Do I have any reason to talk to you?" coldly asked the brunette. Way too coldly. He wanted to sound sophisticated, calm, someone whom had it all together but the blond still had all these effects on him, it was beginning to drive him crazy.

"Besides, I'll have you know that I have no intention of ever again taking any drug AND you might want to stay away from me cause I am currently trying to figure out my sexuality and it seems I am actually gay." he ranted once again his speech, mind and feelings, spiralling out of control. GOD he wished he didn't feel this way around him.

"Now, if you'll excuse me I have classes to take, people to meet, and a party to go to, so yeah" he pointedly dismissed, and as he entered the room of his next class, he rushed to his chair and flopped on it, hid his face into his arms and hoped that his frustration could soon disappear.

    The blonde nearly pouted.

    "Hoi, a little harsh, aren't w--"

    "...Eeh? Like I give a--"

    "...Kai...!"

It was all he could really get out before the brunette dashed off. How ridiculous. He sighed to himself and figured that it'd cause far too much of a scene with so many people int here, but fine. Clearly the brunette was okay strolling around without a certain blonde in his life--so be it. There wasn't anything that he could do, right? He probably shouldn't have been so bummed by this, but his main source of entertainment for the past few days was avoiding him so arrogantly, was there a reason not to be? There was an interesting looking wrench tossed into a mess of cogs that only knew how to go about their own thing-- piecing together so perfectly.

And a party? A tea party, right? Sure, why not.

And now it didn't talk to talk to him because it thought that Reita cared about sexual orientation. Talking wrenches... whatever.

It didn't matter too much, did it? It was just disappointing. Well, he had to go talk to some people anyways. He owed this brunette something.

Pulling out his phone and strolling to his next class, he should have it before Kai made it to whatever class he had after this one. He'd find him there. This was probably an excuse before the day ended to find the brunette again and see if he could talk to him for more than a fleeting second. How stupid.
